Modern Family Actress Ariel Winter Talks Her Breast Reduction Surgery

The 18 years old Modern Family actress, famously known for her character Alex Dunphy, Ariel Winter talks about her breast-reduction surgery.

The actress decided in June, 2015, that she would undergo a breast reduction surgery. She reduced her size from a 32F to a 34D.

Talking about it Ariel said, 'Being a 5-ft.-tall girl and having extremely large breasts is really ostracizing and excruciatingly painful,'

'It was an instant weight lifted off my chest - both literally and figuratively. There's a confidence you find when you finally feel right in your body.' she added.

In an interview, the actress had once recalled the time when she felt she small-chested, and always dreamed of having a larger size.

She said, 'And then overnight I did. But then they kept growing and growing and growing and it didn't seem like they were going to stop. I was 15 years old with [size] F. It's like, "How do you navigate that?'

While talking about applying to colleges, the actress said, 'I just sent in my application to USC. Going to college has always been a dream of mine. I want the full experience.'
