Motherhood Has Made Amy Adams More Compassionate

Hollywood actress Amy Adams reveals that becoming a mother has made her complete, as a woman. She says, the very thing of motherhood has changed her completely as a person and that it has opened her eyes and made her more compassionate.

Amy Adam has a six-year-old girl Aviana. The actress said that becoming a mother has also changed her perspective and approach towards cinema. Motherhood has not only transformed her from within but also has made a huge impact on her career as well.

"It would have been a very different performance. I just have a different relationship with compassion since becoming a parent, and compassion for other people - not just my daughter,"said Amy.

Amy also said that becoming a mother has made her more open and forbearing to things she would have perhaps rejected earlier. She feels as if it has took her out of a shell she had been hiding herself earlier before motherhood came to her.

"It opened up my eyes and got me outside of myself. I hate to think that I was so wrapped up in my own stuff before I had her but I was, so now I'm able to look at things from a different lens. It took me out of myself," she said.
