Police
started
investigation
after
a
secretly
filmed
video
of
Kim
Kardashian
just
after
the
Paris
robbery
incident,
broke
the
internet.
The
video
clip
of
three
and
half
minute
reveals
the
reality
star
wrapped
in
a
blanket,
positioned
on
a
couch,
while
the
police
is
searching
for
the
evidence
in
Kim's
luxury
suite.
Kim
was
consequently
unaware
of
the
camera
and
that
she
was
being
filmed.
This
is
indeed
a
grave
offense
in
France,
where
it
is
generally
held
illegal
to
video
shoot
someone
without
his/her
consent.
If
proven
guilty,
one
could
face
one-year
imprisonment
along
with
a
fine
of
$AU66,000.
It
is
learned
that
Kim
Kardashian
has
lodged
a
legal
complaint
in
France
about
the
video,
and
has
also
filled
a
'civil
party
petition'
as
the
victim
of
"a
serious
assault
and
a
jewelry
theft."
In
a
statement,
Kim's
lawyers
said
that
the
video
was
filmed
"without
her
consent
or
the
police's
and
while
the
police
were
investigating
the
crime
scene".
Therefore,
it
was
necessary
to
lodge
complaints
against
that
leaked
video
along
with
the
incident.
In
the
meanwhile,
Kanye
West,
husband
of
Kim
Kardashian,
has
filed
for
a
lawsuit
against
one
US
website
for
alleging
in
some
of
their
articles
that
the
whole
robbery
was
faked
to
cheat
Kim's
insurers
for
Millions.
"There
is
nothing
at
this
stage
of
the
investigation
to
give
any
credence
to
the
theory
that
this
was
somehow
faked,"
a
source
said.
