Will Smith Looks Forward To Spread Relief Through His Work

Celebrated Hollywood actor Will Smith states that he now tries projects which are more than just making a movie. He says he wants to "relieve some suffering in somebody's life" through his work.

"At this point, what draws me to a project is about more than just making a movie. I'm trying to create something that will potentially relieve some suffering in somebody's life," Will Smith stated.

He also added, "As an artiste, you're really trying to craft a gift."

The Pursuit of Happyness actor reveals that he feels proud for his upcoming movie titled Collateral Beauty. As he feels that the movie explores real emotions of men.

"This is a film I'm particularly proud of. It explores real emotions that are universal, with a powerful message of hope at its heart - it's everything you want a holiday movie to be." Said Will Smith.

Collateral Beauty - which is all set to release in India this Friday will feature Will Smith in an all-important role. The movie also adds Kate Winslet, Keira Knightley, Edward Norton and Helen Mirren.It is directed by David Frankel.

Will Smith said that playing a character in the movie, who cuts aloof himself from the rest of the world is quite interesting and also a "fun challenge" for him.
