Chris Hemsworth Ditches His Signature Thor Look For Thor Ragnarok

Celebrated Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth has been spotted in a brand new look in the first look of the film Thor: Ragnarok. The Hollywood star has totally changed his look and appearance as the character Thor, for his upcoming solo Thor movie.

He has now sported a much contemporary buzz cut short hair with dark tone. It is a dramatic makeover from how we have seen Chris Hemsworth so far in his five appearances as Thor with his signature long blond shoulder length hair.

Talking about his new look, the actor said he felt rejuvenated and said it was like a rebirth of him as Thor.

"Felt like a rebirth for me as the actor but also as the character. It was nice not to have to sit in the make-up chair for that hour each morning." Said Chris Hemsworth in a statement.

With a change in looks, it also appears that Thor has ditched his primary weapon, the hammer for two new swords, which he is seen holding in his hands.

"Thor: Ragnarok" is helmed by director Taika Waititi and stars Oscar-winning Cate Blanchett, as Goddess of Death, Hela. Idris Elba, Mark Ruffalo, TomHiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Tessa Thompson, Jeff Goldblum will also feature in the movie with others.

The film is expected to release on November 3 in India.
