secret
about
weight
loss
and
said
he
had
lost
almost
20
Kg
in
a
week
by
following
just
a
simple
thing.
Ed
said
that,
earlier
he
didn't
even
realise
that
he
was
putting
on
weight
by
being
on
a
wrong
diet.
"I
didn't
realise
how
active
I
was
on
tour," said
Sheeran.
"My
diet
was
pizza
and
beer,
but
because
I
was
doing
two
hours
a
night,
I
was
really
in
shape.
I
stopped
touring
and
carried
on
my
diet
of
pizza
and
beer.
Suddenly,
I
didn't
fit
in
anything.
I
was
like,
'All
my
clothes
have
shrunk'," the
singer
added.
The
25-year-old
singer,
who
newly
released
two
of
his
singles
named,
'Castle
on
the
hill'
and
'Shape
of
you'
has
got
rid
of
almost
20
Kg
of
weight
overall.
And
the
singer
gives
credit
to
his
girlfriend
Cherry
Seaborn
for
this.
Sheeran
says
by
working
out
for
just
10
minutes
a
day
but
with
a
high-intensity
regime
given
by
his
girlfriend
has
helped
him
to
shed
weight.
But
the
singer
also
stressed
on
the
importance
of
continuing
the
regime
everyday
without
fail.
"I
did
10
minutes
a
day
without
fail
-
intervals
of
30
seconds
sprinting
and
30
jogging.
The
key
is
to
not
miss
a
day,
so
you
don't
have
to
do
an
hour," added
Sheeran.
