imperative
for
women
to
take
charge
behind
the
camera
as
well
and
bring
a
revolution
for
the
fairer
sex
in
the
entertainment
industry.
"I
mean
the
biggest
changes
as
we
as
women
will
make
is
when
we
have
more
women
behind
the
cameras
as
well
as
writers,
as
directors,
producers.
So
that's
something
we'll
continue
to
fight
for," said
Famke
Janssen.
Janssen,
who
is
known
for
her
role
as
Jean
Grey
in
X-Men
film
series,
also
mentioned
that
featuring
in
American
crime
thriller
titled
The
Blacklist:
Redemption,
feels
"like
a
bit
of
a
personal
victory"
to
her.
Janssen
plays
the
role
of
Susan
Scott
aka
"Scottie"
Hargrave,
the
head
of
Halcyon
Aegis,
which
happens
to
be
a
private
security
company
initiated
for
mainly
corporate
security
services.
The
show
has
got
a
huge
fan
following
all
over
the
world
and
is
aired
on
Colors
Infinity
in
India.

we
see
a
strong
female
character,
wherever
that
may
be,
on
television
and
in
theatre,
it's
really,
it's
a
wonderful
moment
that
we
should
celebrate
and
I'm
extremely
honoured
and
grateful
for
this
opportunity

play
such

strong

complex
character
on
the
show."
