amazing
doctors,
all
is
well.
Looks

Basal
Cell
Carcinoma,
is
commonly
known
as
BCC.
It
is
one
of
the
many
types
of
cancer,
mainly
caused
by
excessive
exposure
of
skin
to
sunlight
and
particularly
the
UV
rays.
According
to
the
reports
of
The
Skin
Cancer
Foundation,
it
has
been
found
that
each
year,
about
three
million
cases
are
being
diagnosed
in
the
state
of
US.
Hugh
Jackman
was
first
diagnosed
with
BCC
in
the
year
2013,
when
he
got
a
mole
on
his
skin
checked
as
advised
by
his
wife
Deborra-Lee
Furness.
"Deb
said
to
get
the
mark
on
my
nose
checked.
Boy,
was
she
right!
I
had
a
basil
cell
carcinoma.
Please
don't
be
foolish
like
me.
Get
yourself
checked.
And
USE
sunscreen!!!" Said
Hugh
Jackman.
Since
then,
Hugh
Jackman
has
been
diagnosed
and
treated
for
cancer
five
times
including
the
latest
one.
"I
go
every
three
months
for
check-ups.
It's
the
new
normal
for
me.
My
doctor
says
I'll
likely
have
more,
and
if
that's
your
cross
to
bear
in
life,
you
should
be
so
lucky."
Said
Hugh
Jackman.
