With all the promotional machines heating up, one character from the upcoming Justice League is conspicuously missing from the team and he is none other than the man of steel himself.
Though we know Superman been shown dead in his last appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it is also a very well known fact that Justice League cannot be constituted without Superman and therefore he has to rise from the dead. Even the director confirmed that.
But then, the question is, why the character of Superman has been committed from all the promotional releases. Is he playing the negative? Here is what director Zack Snyder has to say.
"It's hard to have a 'Justice League' without Superman. That's how I feel about it, it was always a super-intriguing concept to me to have this opportunity to have him make that sacrifice but also have him be this, in a weird sort of way, the why of 'Justice League:'" Said Snyder
"What do you do now with him? What does the team think? What does the world need? All that comes into play. It's fun for us but it'll be interesting for audiences what we do with him." Zack Snyder added.
