Keanu Reeves Calls John Wick: Chapter 4 His Toughest, Reveals Most Challenging Skill He Has Mastered

The fourth installment in the John Wick franchise, featuring Hollywood star Keanu Reeves in the lead role, is just a few days away from its release now. As the much-awaited film is slated to hit the theatres on March 24 in both India and the United States, the actor is currently busy with promotions.

Directed by Chad Stahelski, everyone is expecting John Wick: Chapter 4 to break box office records after its release. During a recent media interaction, Reeves talked about the much-awaited actioner and called it the 'toughest' film of his career so far.

Not just that, he even revealed the most challenging skill he had to learn for the new installment of John Wick. Talking about the toughest aspects, a Hindustan Times report quoted him saying, "Let's see out of all of the challenges." and added, "Which are the gifts... (smiles), probably the nunchucks! Two pieces of wood with chain... it was a new skill for me and I wasn't very good at them."

"But I tried," Keanu asserts, to which Chad interjects, "Persevered!" Keanu echoes the sentiment and acknowledges, "But I think what I lacked in skill, I certainly had in earnestness."

For the unversed, Donnie Yen will join the cast of John Wick: Chapter 4, alongside both old and fresh faces such as Laurence Fishburne reprising his role as Bowery King, Rina Sawayama as Akira, Shamier Anderson as Tracker, Ian McShane as Winston, Clancy Brown as The Harbinger, Hiroyuki Sanada as Shimazu, Lance Reddick as Charon, and Scott Adkins as Killa.

John Wick: Chapter 4 ushers in a new era while also bringing back the beloved protagonist Baba Yaga, who will unleash his lethal fighting skills to vanquish his enemies. The movie follows directly after the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum and is set to be the longest film in the series. Fans eagerly anticipate seeing how John Wick will confront the High Table, continuing from where the previous film left off.
