The reality TV star's gown featured a silver ornate choker. The break-in pearls flaunted her gown's satin corset underneath. Kim's outfit was taken a notch higher with the ruffled statement sleeves that flowed into a long crêpe train trailing behind her. Kim summed up her look with pearl earrings, a statement ring, and ivory-colored strappy heels.
