Adin Ross Gifts Donald Trump Tesla Cybertrunk; 500,000 Viewers Watch Live

Adin Ross, a former twitch streamer and infamous online personality known for his controversial political opinions, recently did a stream on his new main platform, Kick, where he visited and interviewed former United States president and current right-wing candidate for the elections in November, Donald Trump.

Adin Ross had already been quite a controversial figure before this event, as he has reportedly streamed porn while live on Kick, and streamed the Super Bowl LVII without permission from the organisers. He has also featured many other controversial online figures on his stream such as Andrew Tate and Nick Fuentes.

In the interview which was conducted on Monday, the streamer not only got to speak with Donald Trump at length, but also gifted him a Tesla cybertruck and a Rolex, all while wearing a 'Make America Great Again' hat. The cybertruck also had its sides painted with the photo of Donald Trump right after the assassination attempt on him, where he's raising his fists as he's being taken to safety.

The New York Times reported that as Trump received these gifts, he said that they were "incredible" and that the Rolex watch especially was "so nice".

Unfortunately for the presidential candidate, these gifts did come with some problems as well. Individual contributions have a federal limit of $3,300 in the United States. The Rolex, by itself, would have surpassed that limit, but the Tesla cybertruck would go more than 20 times over the federal limit. It seems even Trump and his party don't know how to handle such a grand public donation, as his party's spokesperson, Karoline Leavitt, told The New York Times that they'll have to ask the Federal Election Commission for guidelines on how to handle such gifts.

The stream itself garnered over 500,000 viewers, but it remains to be seen whether it'll have any impact at all on the upcoming U.S. elections.
