Blake Lively's 80-Page Complaint Against Justin Baldoni Regarding VERY Inappropriate Behaviour

Actress from the film 'It Ends With Us', Blake Lively recently accused her co-star and director of the film, Justin Baldoni, of sexual harassment and a concentrated effort towards ruining her reputation post-launch of the film. At the time of the accusation, not much was said from either party aside from Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman making a statement to the New York Times where he called Lively's accusations "false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media."

Very recently, however, Lively made an 80 page complaint against Justin Baldoni and Jamey Heath, the CEO of Baldoni's production studio Wayfarer. The complaint letter states and gives evidence for a variety of accusations against the director and actor for both ignoring Blake Lively's terms for returning to the set of the movie 'It Ends With Us' as well as general behaviour. Some of the accusations made against Baldoni and Heath include a variety of improper on-set behaviour such as discussing sexual relations with female workers, describing Lively's genitalia to her, asking about and questioning Lively's religious beliefs, doing improvised kissing scenes where Baldoni would bite Lively's lip without consent, and more.

Lively had also requested the presence of an intimacy coordinator to make sure that any scenes filmed that contained sexual or violent activity were moderated by a third party, but that request may have also been mostly ignored. Baldoni and Heath would also allegedly barge into Blake Lively's trailer while she's busy undressing or breastfeeding her baby.

The complaint also shows how Baldoni and his team would veer away from the agreed upon marketing strategy for the movie 'It Ends With Us' in order to protect Justin Baldoni's image, all while trying to bury Blake Lively's voice and image from social media. In the end, the complaint states how the actions of Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath and Wayfarer studios in general have caused physical, mental and emotional damage to Blake Lively, and that all she requests for is for those parties to be held accountable and to shine a light on what she had to go through so that other victims of sexual harassment do not face the same actions.
