Blake Lively Accuses Justin Baldoni Of Sexual Harassment And Smear Campaign, Baldoni Gets Dropped By WME

Just recently, actress from the film 'It Ends With Us', Blake Lively just accused her co-star and director of the film, Justin Baldoni, of sexual harassment and a concentrated effort towards ruining her reputation post-launch of the film. While no direct response has come from Blake Lively, his attorney Bryan Freedman made a lengthy statement to The New York Times, calling Lively's claims "serious and categorically false".
Freedman's statement went on to say that, "These claims are false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media. Wayfarer Studios made the decision to proactively hire a crisis manager prior to the marketing campaign of the film, to work alongside their own representative with Jonesworks employed by Stephanie Jones, due to the multiple demands and threats made by Ms. Lively during production which included her threatening to not show up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release, if her demands were not met."
The lawyer also claimed that Lively hired someone to plant false information about Justin Baldoni to the media, which is why the crisis manager was hired.
Blake Lively also made a statement to The New York Times, stating, "I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted."
Justin Baldoni has since been let go by the talent agency WME, the same talent agency that represents both Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
