The film follows the protagonists Noah and Nick, step-siblings who entered into a forbidden relationship during the first film in the franchise 'Culpa Mia'. In the events of the second film, we can tell from the trailer that all the people surrounding the two protagonists are doing their best to separate them or sabotage their relationship. The parents are trying to set boundaries and create distance between Noah and Nick, and their exes are walking back into their lives to take them back for themselves.
