Remember Camille, whom Gabriel asked to marry, was pregnant in last season? Towards the end of Emily In Paris Season 4 Part 1, we saw Camille visiting her gynecologist. After the checkup, she announces the heartbreaking news to her friend saying, "Well, I'm not pregnant" with tears in her eyes. She revealed that she was never pregnant as there was false alarm because of the medication she has been taking. Camille said, "I didn't get my period because of stress." She now has to announce this devastating news to Gabriel and Emily. But will she?

In part 1, we saw Emily parting ways with Alfie and finally reunting with Gabriel. In the end, we saw Emily revealing to Gabriel that he is not getting a Michelin star as Luc's girlfriend is not a Michelin inspector. On contrary, Gabriel was happy with the news and celebrated the news. He believes he has everything good coming his way, a good restaurant, a baby and a girlfriend.
