With the release of Kraven The Hunter less than two weeks away, Sony Pictures Entertainment has dropped a new surprise for audiences, releasing the action-packed 8 minute opening sequence of the film. This also marks the first time a film has released its opening sequence for everyone to watch.

The unexpected preview includes a special message from lead actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson and gives fans a glimpse of what to expect from Kraven's R-Rated origin story and quickly establishes why the film received the aforementioned rating.

Set to be the one of the final films of 2024, expectations are high for Kraven as fans cannot wait to see what the film brings to the table as the film looks to end the year on a high with an action-packed finale.

Kraven the Hunter is the action-packed, R-rated, standalone story of how one of Marvel's most iconic villains came to be. Aaron Taylor-Johnson plays Kraven, a man whose complex relationship with his ruthless gangster father, Nikolai Kravinoff (Russell Crowe), starts him down a path of vengeance with brutal consequences, motivating him to become not only the greatest hunter in the world, but also one of its most feared.

Directed by ​J.C. Chandor​​​, the film also stars ​Ariana DeBose, Fred Hechinger, Alessandro Nivola, Christopher Abbott and Russell Crowe.
