Inside Out 2 OTT Release Date, Platform Latest Update: The much-loved Hollywood animated sequel film, Inside out 2, is finally gearing up for its highly-anticipated OTT release. Directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen, Disney and Pixar's Inside Out 2 had a grand theatrical release globally on 14th June 2024. The sequel to the Academy Award-winning 2015 film of the same name, Inside Out 2 was first officially announced back in September 2022.

Inside Out 2 has introduced four new emotions - Anxiety, Ennui (French word that refers to existential boredom or dissatisfaction with life), Embarrassment and Envy. The film boasts impressive voiceovers by Amy Poehler, Maya Hawk, Phyllis Smith, Lewis Black, Ayo Edibiri and Kaitlyn Dias.

For those unversed, the previous season of the movie featured five emotions - Joy, Fear, Sadness, Anger, and Disgust. These five emotions are also there in the sequel. Inside Out 2 stars Edebiri as Envy, Tony Hale as Fear, Adele as Ennui, Liza as Disgust, Amy as Joy, Lewis ad Anger, and Paul Walter as Embarrassment. In the Hindi version of the film, Ananya Panday has lent her voice to the lead character Railey.

Inside Out 2 OTT Release Date, Platform: When & Where To Watch?

More than three months after its theatrical release, Inside Out 2 is all set for its digital release. As per a tweet shared by WhenToStream.com, the animated sequel will have its OTT premiere on 25th September 2024 exclusively on Disney+ (Disney Plus).

As per the IMDb page, the official synopsis of the film reads, "A sequel that features Riley entering puberty and experiencing brand new, more complex emotions as a result. As Riley tries to adapt to her teenage years, her old emotions try to adapt to the possibility of being replaced."
