Jay Z Accused Of R**ing A 13-Year-Old With Sean 'Diddy' Combs
Jaz Z has been accused of r**ing a 13-year-old girl along with Sean Diddy Combs in 2000. The assault reportedly happened at the after-party of MTV Video Music Awards, 2000. As per NBC, the lawsuit was filed against Sean 'Diddy' Combs in October 2024. On Sunday, December 8, the civil lawsuit was refiled, citing Jay Z's original name "Shawn Carter" in it. The victim is identified as Jane Doe. As per the lawsuit filed by her counsel Tony Buzbee, Doe was made to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before entering the after-party. The party reportedly was full of celebrities and had people allegedly consuming marijuana and cocaine. Doe reportedly felt "woozy and light-headed" after she was offered a drink at the after-party. She therefore laid in a room to rest where she was allegedly r**ed by Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Jay Z. This whole incident was claimed to have been witnessed by a female friend of theirs.
Jay Z Calls R**e Allegation 'Heinous'
Jay Z made a statement after being accused of r**ing a 13-year-old. Roc Nation shared the official statement where Jay Z said, "These allegations are heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? (sic)" He further called out the demand letter by lawyer Tony Buzbee to be a "blackmail attempt." Jay Z said in his statement, "My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. (sic)" Jay Z ended the statement by saying, "I look forward to showing you just how different I am. (sic)"
It's not the first time that Sean 'Diddy' Combs' name has surfaced in such a crime. Previously, he has faced multiple lawsuits of alleged sexual assault and trafficking charges. Rolling Stone reported one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends filing a lawsuit for forcing her to have sex with male sex workers while he watched her.
