Well, according to a Collider report, fans might have to wait a little for Joker 2's OTT release as the film is unlikely to stream online immediately after its theatrical release. Reportedly, the movie is expected to have its OTT premiere on MAX (formerly HBO Max) later this year. However, there is no official confirmation yet.

Amid much expectation, Joker 2 opened to mixed reviews from fans and critics alike. Ever since the release, the movie has been struggling to pull audiences to cinemas in India. The film earned around Rs 5.15 cr in India on the day of its release (Oct 2). As per Sacnilk, the film saw sharp decline in numbers. On Thursday (day 2), the sequel managed to rake in around Rs 1.35 cr, followed by Rs 1.25 cr on Friday. The total estimated 3-day collection of Joker 2 now stands at Rs 7.75 cr in India.
