While an investigation is currently underway regarding the tragic demise of former One Direction band member Liam Payne, an officer from the Argentinian prosecutor's officer has confirmed that the singer suffer multiple traumas, causing excessive bleeding after he fell off from the 3rd floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Previously, the chief of Buenos Aires emergency services had stated that Liam's cause of death was a 'cranial fracture and extremely serious injuries'. Now, the latest autopsy report confirmed that his head injuries were 'fatal'.

According to the post-autopsy report, Liam Payne had succumbed to death after suffering from 'multiple traumas', and 'internal and external bleeding'.
