'Liam Payne Just Jumped Off The Balcony??' Woman's Tweet Blows Up On X

Woman Makes Tweet On Liam Payne Situation Goes Viral

Just recently, former One Direction singer and star, Liam Payne, died due to falling off a balcony from a hotel in Argentina. While the news of his death has been tragic and has devastated many of his fans, it seems that one fan got a lot more than she bargained for when she expressed her concern for the singer on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The X user that goes by the username 'Sorry Charlie' made a tweet talking about Payne jumping off a balcony a few minutes before his death was actually confirmed. In the tweet, she said she heard the news from a friend who happened to be staying in the same hotel as Liam Payne, that being CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The original tweet doesn't confirm that he died, only that he jumped off and that there were ambulances in the area.

This tweet has since blown up, reaching upwards of 25 million views on the social media platform. The user 'Sorry Charlie' has also received a lot of questions regarding whether she really heard the information from a friend or whether she was actually present at a hotel. Many people also demanded to see receipts of the messages as proof.

Many Payne fans also attacked the post, claiming that it's disrespectful to the death of the singer, to which user 'Sorry Charlie' replied by saying, "I don't think it's that insane of me to tweet about something crazy my friend told me. I didn't think it was anything this big, I assumed it was a mistake or something and that he was okay! I didn't think it would leave my circle. I tweeted, left for an hour or so, and came back to the news of him passing away and the tweet had blown up. Apologies to those who feel I was insensitive, it wasn't my intention!"
