Moana 2 Box Office Collection Day 2 India: Disney's latest animated biggie 'Moana 2' is having a surprising run in India. After a decent opening, the Hollywood animated sequel witnessed a solid jump on Saturday at ticket counters. Amid decent buzz, Moana-Maui's Moana 2 had its grand theatrical release worldwide on last Friday, i.e., November 30, 2024.

Moana 2, which marks the highly-anticipated sequel to the iconic 2016 Hollywood film 'Moana' - has surpassed its opening day numbers in India. As per Sacnilk, the animated musical-adventure opened to a decent box office collection of Rs 2.6 cr in India.
According to the latest Sacnilk report, the film saw a solid 68.08% jump in numbers on Saturday (November 30) in India and raked in around Rs 4.27 cr on day 2, benefiting from the 'Cinema Lovers Day' offer with tickets priced at Rs 99. As of now, the total net collection of Moana 2 stands at approximately Rs 6.87 cr.
As per the same Sacnilk report, the Hollywood film had an overall 29.86% English occupancy on Saturday (November 30, 2024).

Moana 2 Cast, Synopsis
Jointly helmed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller, Moana 2 follows Moana's adventure to the far seas of Oceania. Auliʻi Cravalho came back in the Disney film and voiced for Moana's character, Dwane Johnson gave his voice for Maui - the demi-god.
As per reports, the synopsis of Moana 2 reads, "After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she's ever faced. (sic)"
