In the cryptic teaser, a quite subway platform could be spotted with a train coming and only a person is waiting for the train. The board flashes with a note, 'I Felt Helpless' in the eerie background. Sharing the teaser, the boy band announced the arrival of them on October 14, 6PM KST, and 5AM ET. The video was shared with a note, "SEVENTEEN 12th Mini Album Teaser."
