Squid Game: Season 2 Teaser Out Now
Squid Game is one series that caught international acclaim and fandom after its release in 2021. The series which introduced a new concept to the international audiences became a rage and instantly hogged acclaim. The non-Korean fans also loved the web series which deals with a cruel but realistic challenge that depicts human emotions and the hope for more in a mysterious game of death.
The sequel is now ready and the game is about to resume for a brand new season. Squid Games: Season 2 is coming to Netflix on December 26. The teaser of the new season was released by the makers at the Lucca Comics & Games, a Comic Con event that is the largest in Europe. The teaser release event was highly successful and the excitement around was palpable with the presence of Lee Jung-jae, Wi Ha-jun, and the series' director Hwang Dong-hyuk.
The Squid Game: Season 2 is set three years after the first one and concludes with Gi-hun as the winner, turning his life around but for bad. En route to meeting his daughter, Gi-hun turns back from boarding a plane to the USA. He is now driven by a purpose and braces himself to engage in the thrilling game of life and death, again.

In the sequel, Gi-Hun, who carries a terrible past and is haunted by it, is determined to expose the hard realities of the challenge to the rest by joining them once again.

The main cast of the second season of Squid Game includes Lee Jung-jae as Seong Gi-hun, Wi Ha-joon as Hwang Jun-ho, and Lee Byung-hun as Hwang In-ho, the Front Man. Gong Yoo will reprise his role as the salesman who recruits participants for the game, in Squid Game: Season 2.
