'The Madness' Netflix Releases Trailer For Thriller Series, Coming Soon

The official YouTube channel for Netflix just recently released a trailer for what appears to be a trailer filled with conspiracies, unreliable perspectives, and a thrilling story. The series is called 'The Madness' and the trailer for it can be watched below.

For those of you that want a series that'll leave you hanging off of the edge of your seat, or those of you that are wondering what this new series is all about, here are some of the things you should know about 'The Madness'.

Plot Details Of The Conspiracy Thriller Series 'The Madness'

Netflix has described their new series 'The Madness' in the following manner, "The Madness stars Colman Domingo as media pundit Muncie Daniels, who must fight for his innocence and his life after he stumbles upon a murder deep in the woods of the Poconos mountains. As the walls close in, Muncie strives to reconnect with his estranged family - and his lost ideals - in order to survive. As Domingo explains in the featurette, his character is modeled after real-life media pundits 'who are respected, at times challenged, even by their own communities. Sometimes looked at as being not Black enough, and then to some folks, too Black,' he says. 'He is someone who was definitely an activist when he was younger, then moved into a different echelon and then became a bit of a superstar. He's a little bit removed from the communities he was advocating for.'"

Cast And Crew Behind The Netflix Series 'The Madness'

The series 'The Madness' is created and being worked on by Stephen Belber alongside executive producer VJ Boyd. Those two are joined by more executive producers such as Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, and Kaitlin Dahill; as well as Clement Virgo serving as the director of the eight episodes in the series.

The cast list for the series includes names such as Colman Domingo, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Gabrielle Graham, John Ortiz, Tamsin Topolski, Thaddeus J. Mixson, and more.

'The Madness' will be available to watch on Netflix from November 28th, 2024 onwards.
