The Netflix K-Content YouTube channel just recently dropped a clip of what appears to be a historical K-Drama series that's going to be filled with plays for power and a bit of romance. The series is called 'The Tale Of Lady Ok' and a clip from the series can be watched below.

Plot Details Of The Historical K-Drama 'The Tale Of Lady Ok'

The movie follows the story of a runaway female slave called Ok Tae-young, who managed to make a business by acting as a legal consultant and expert. In order to avoid suspicion, she managed to fake her name, status and even her husband. Still, she goes out of her way to prevent injustice and does good deeds. This catches the eye of a wandering storyteller, Cheon Seung-hwi, who falls in love with her the moment he locks eyes with her. The rest of the drama is about how Lady Ok navigates her precarious position while still keeping to her moral code and entertaining the romance with the storyteller.

The series 'The Tale Of Lady Ok' is directed by Jin Hyuk, who worked on it based on the script written by Park Ji-sook.
