The Netflix K-Content channel just recently uploaded what appears to be a trailer for a K-Drama mystery series that's set in a world with a very odd high-class society. The series is called 'The Trunk' and the trailer for it can be watched below.

Plot Details Of The Netflix Limited Series 'The Trunk'

The series has been described by Netflix as follows, "Noh In-ji, an employee at New Marriage, finds herself deeply alone despite her job of living with a "contract husband" every year. Meanwhile, Han Jeong-won enters into this contract marriage in an ironic attempt to preserve his previous marriage. This strange and precarious relationship offers a glimpse into the series' exploration of the complex emotions of characters involved in the "marriage" - love, compassion, obsession, desire, loneliness, and emptiness - and portrays the various depths of their relationships."

Cast And Crew Behind The Mystery K-Drama Series 'The Trunk'

'The Trunk' is directed by Kim Kyu-tae, who has previously worked on the series 'Our Blues' and 'It's Okay, That's Love'. He will be working on the series alongside writer Park Eun-young who is the co-creator of the series 'Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth'.

The cast list for the series includes names such as Seo Hyun-jin and Gong Yoo as the lead characters, Noh In-ji and Han Jeong-won respectively.
