A24 Releases Official Featurette For 'Death Of A Unicorn', Release Date Confirmed, Other Details

The official A24 channel just dropped a new featurette for a film that features the favourite fairy tale creature of young kids in a much more twisted form. The movie is called 'Death Of A Unicorn' and the featurette, showing clips of Jenna Ortega, Will Poulter, Richard E. Grant, and more, can be watched below.

Plot Details Of The Comedy Thriller Film 'Death Of A Unicorn'

A24 has described the film 'Death Of A Unicorn' in the following manner, "A father and daughter accidentally hit and kill a unicorn while en route to a weekend retreat, where his billionaire boss seeks to exploit the creature's miraculous curative properties."

From the trailer though, we can tell that not only is the Unicorn being exploited for its regenerative and curative properties, but that it also has a friend or family that may be out for revenge. It falls on the father and daughter to do everything they can to protect one another while avoiding this fantastical beast.

In the featurette, we can also see the character of daughter, played by Jenna Ortega, trying to talk sense into her father's boss about the immoral nature of their actions, and the problematic consequences they may lead to down the line, something which is immediately ignored by him.
