Anaconda Eyes A Grand Release On Christmas Across The World & We Can't Keep Calm

Christmas is a time for getting some amazing presents. And this year the Christmas is going to be extra special for the Anaconda series' fans across the world. After all, the much awaited Anaconda is set to premiere on December 25. Wondering what's special in this action comedy? Well it's the sixth installment of the popular Anaconda franchise. To note, Anaconda is the meta-reboot of the 1997 release Anaconda. Directed by Tom Gormican, Anaconda features Paul Rudd and Jack Black in the lead along with Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello.

To note, Anaconda (2025) revolves around Doug (played by Jack Black) and Griff (played by Paul Rudd) head deep into the Amazon, chasing memories of their younger days by shooting a low-budget remake of the 1997 film Anaconda, but their playful plan shatters when an actual giant anaconda appears and the movie set becomes a desperate survival battle.

For the uninitiated, the 1997 release Anaconda was helmed by Luis Llosa and was an action adventure horror film. It was the first installment of the Anaconda series. Anaconda was a massive hit and even gained the status of a cult classic. Interestingly the famous Anaconda series has 6 installments so far including 1997 release Anaconda, 2004 release Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, 2008 release Anaconda 3: Offspring, 2009 release Anacondas: Trail of Blood, 2015 release Lake Placid vs Anaconda and now the recent addition is Anaconda.

And while the series revolve around giant man-eating anacondas, survival and destruction of the creature, this franchise has managed to create a massive fan following across the world. So as Anaconda is coming to theatres on December 25, fans can't keep calm to witness another thrilling story around the deadly creatures.
