TV host Megyn Kelly addressed the high-profile divorce rumors and shared her thoughts on it during her show The Megyn Kelly Show. Addressing all the rumors that has been swirling on the internet, Kelly said in the end, "I do not know whether this is true at all, but if it is true, it truly would be a political earthquake in democrat circles." She further added, "I don't remember a Presidential divorce in modern history."
How Barack & Michelle Obama's Divorce Rumors Started?
On January 15, Jessica Reed Kraus, writer of Substack newsletter House Inhabit, posted about how Michelle Obama's absence at Jimmy Carter's funeral raised eyebrows. Her not being able to attend Donald Trump's inauguration also hinted many that there is something not right between the couple. She wrote, "So when Barack showed up alone at Carter's funeral, I called a divorce announcement coming soon."
She further addressed a DM she received. The DM said, "He's with Jennifer Aniston. My old manager, now a friend, is connected to her inner circle. At a gathering with Jennifer's friends, the affair came up casually-Jennifer herself admitted it. They were sitting with a psychic, which makes it sound surreal, but it's definitely not a secret among her closest friends (sic)."
Recently, blogger Meghan McCain claimed that her source confirmed that Barack and Michelle are heading for a divorce. She said in her show, "I have been hearing this rumor that the Obamas are getting a divorce by reputable people. I'm not talking about TMZ... I'm talking about like very serious journalists telling me they're hearing that the Obama divorce rumors are true."
There are claims that because of the alleged divorce plans, Michelle is keeping a low profile. However, these are just rumors and no comments from either Barack or Michelle Obama has been made.
