The opening theme for the series is called "Rollin'" by Limp Bizkit and the opening credits video can be watched below.

For those of you that are a big fan of the Devil May Cry video game franchise, or those of you that are curious to learn more about this series and what it's all about, here are some of the things you should know about the Netflix animated series 'Devil May Cry'.

Plot Details Of The Video-Game Inspired Animated Series 'Devil May Cry'

'Devil May Cry' has been described by Netflix in the following manner, "Sinister forces are at play at the portal between the human and demon realms. In the middle of it all is Dante, an orphaned demon hunter for hire, unaware that the fate of both worlds hangs around his neck. Devil May Cry is based on the popular action-adventure game of the same name, developed by Capcom and created by Hideki Kamiya. The game follows the hunter Dante, who makes it his life's mission to avenge his mother's death by killing all demons."

Cast And Crew Behind The Animated Series 'Devil May Cry'

'Devil May Cry' is created by Adi Shankar, who worked on this animated series alongside Studio Mir, the creators of other popular animated works like 'The Legend of Korra' and 'The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf'.

While not many details have been released regarding other members of the cast and crew, we know that Johnny Yong Bosch will be the voice of Dante. The casting choice here is a little odd, though, as the voice actor already voices one of the other main characters in the Devil May Cry franchise, that being Nero from DMC4 and DMC5.

When And Where Can I Watch The Series 'Devil May Cry'

'Devil May Cry' will be available to watch exclusively on Netflix from 3rd April, 2025 onwards.
