"Feud Between PR Firms!" Exclaims Judge During Blake Lively Vs. Justin Baldoni Session

Blake Lively Vs Justin Baldoni Judge Calls Out PR Firms

In a recent online hearing between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively, federal Judge Lewis J. Liman made a comment that truly established the unfortunate nature of the case between the two celebrities, stating that the case is a ""feud between PR firms!", referring to the PR companies, Vision representing Lively and the TAG and RWA representing Baldoni, and how they've been spinning the narrative for the larger media.

This exclamation by the Judge was made when Blake Lively and Ryan Reynold's attorneys requested for conversations and chats between the couple and other celebrities not be shared with Baldoni and his attorneys for fear of them getting leaked.

"The parties in this case, on both sides, include people whose entire living is made off providing information to the press and content creators. There are 100 million reasons for these parties to leak information because the PR value is greater than complying with the court's orders." stated Lively's lawyers.

In response to this, Baldoni's lead lawyer Bryan Freedman countered, "What the other side is asking for because there is powerful people in the industry somehow there is a different law that applies to them."

Judge Liman did not give a final ruling, saying that he will take the matter into consideration and share his views with the attorneys soon.

It seems that this legal battle will not end without the celebrities facing each other in court, though, as attorneys from both sides have opted out of mediation in favour of their trial next year.

This new development has come after a $400 million dollar lawsuit by Justin Baldoni against Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and publicity team, with Baldoni suing them for defamation, civil extortion, and invasion of privacy. This lawsuit was filed against Lively after she filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, accusing the director of sexual harassment on the set of 'It Ends With Us' as well as creating and managing a smear campaign against the actress in order to protect his own image. Both sides claim innocence and their trial will be held in March 29th, 2026
