The Oscars this year have been very eventful, and have had many moments that fans and industry professionals alike will hold dear in their memories. Late American actor Jene Hackman is to be honored by The Academy Awards. Earlier, Hackman won two Academy Awards for Best Actors in French Connection (1971) and for Best Supporting Actor for Unforgiven (1992). The actor died in February along with his wife under mysterious circumstances.
