The official statement from the family read, "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," as per The Guardian's report.

The statement further added that Ozzy was surrounded by his family and loved ones during the last moments of his life. As of now, the cause of death has not been stated by the family. However, he has been ill in recent years.

He then thanked his fans for supporting him throughout his journey.

A user uploaded the clip from the last concert with caption, "Ozzy Osbourne has passed away at the age of 76. I still can't believe it. A few weeks ago he was giving his final concert. Ozzy Osbourne was battling with Parkinson's disease. This restrained him from standing or even talking without assistance. Ozzy had various surgeries on his spine. Back in 1970s, Ozzy struggled with drug addiction. He AS per USA Today, he referred to his addiction problems to Variety saying, "I've had great success in my life, but I've never felt great about myself. And so, from a very early age, I used to sniff fumes, all kinds of things, anything to get me out of my head." He then told a harsh truth, "Most of the people that I drank with are dead.
