The official Netflix YouTube channel just released the final trailer for an upcoming Korean mystery thriller film that focuses on the story of two individuals, those being a pastor who believes in passing divine judgement onto criminals, and a detective haunted by the memories of his deceased sister. The film is called 'Revelations' and the final trailer for it can be watched below.

Plot Details Of The Korean Mystery Thriller Film 'Revelations'

The mystery thriller film 'Revelations' has been described by Netflix in the following manner, "Revelations follows a pastor and a detective, each driven by their own beliefs. The pastor believes it's his divine calling to punish the culprit behind a missing-person case, while the detective assigned to the case continues to be haunted by visions of her dead sister."

Director Yeon Sang-ho also gave his thoughts on how he wanted to make the film by saying, "The story centers on the character psychologies of the Pastor and the Detective, who resemble one another, but make very different choices. I wanted to create a story about a lead character with egocentric views, someone who sees and believes only what he wants to. I was thinking of such a character through whom I could create a story within the genre, and a pastor of a new church was born."

Cast And Crew Behind The Film 'Revelations'

'Revelations' is directed by Yeon Sang-ho who co-wrote the screenplay alongside Choi Gyu-seok. The film is also produced by Mexican filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón.
