Oscar Award Winner Wicked OTT Release Date & Platform: Ariana Grande-starrer fantasy musical film, which won the 'Best Production Design' award at the 97th Academy Awards, is in the headlines for its digital streaming news.

The movie Wicked, directed by Jon M. Chu, based on the book Wicked by Stephen Schwartz is a reimagining of the Oz books and the first film of The Wizard of Oz (1939). Against a budget of $150 million, Wicked starring Cynthia Erivo and Jonathan Bailey made a whopping $729.1 million.

Wicked OTT Release Date In India & Streaming Platforms

Wicked movie, which won two prestigious Oscars at the 97th Academy Awards event for 'Best Production Design', will now be available for the Indian audience to watch online.

The movie will make its hyped digital debut on the OTT Jio Hotstar on March 22. Wicked is available to rent on Amazon Prime Video, Zee 5, Apple TV, Google Play, and YouTube.

On the other hand, Anora, which swept five awards at the Oscars this year including the 'Best Picture', will stream on Jio Hotstar from March 17. Dune: Part Two is already available for streaming on the same OTT platform.

The movie is the journey of a green-skinned woman Elphaba and Galinda's friendship at the Shiz University at the Land of Oz. After meeting the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship comes to a crossroads.
