Alan Osmond, born in Ogden, passed away at around 8:30 p.m. local time on Monday, April 20, as confirmed by a family spokesperson to ABC4 Utah and KUTV (CBS affiliate).

Following the heartbreaking news, his brother Merrill Osmond shared an emotional tribute on social media. While the official cause of death has not been revealed, Alan had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1987. Merrill also mentioned that Alan had been dealing with health issues in the days leading up to his passing.

As reported by Page Six, she later attended Brigham Young University, where she worked as a cheerleader and met Alan Osmond, marking the beginning of their lifelong bond.

Alan Osmond's final post, shared on July 23, 2025, has resurfaced online following his passing, leaving fans emotional. In the post, he shared a warm, smiling selfie with his wife Suzanne outside a church, capturing a peaceful family moment.
