Hrithik Roshan Befriends Alien Rocky From Ryan Gosling’s Project Hail Mary, Jaadu Reacts Goes Viral
A promotional collaboration brings Hrithik Roshan together with Jaadu and Rocky for Project Hail Mary, celebrating a nostalgic sci-fi crossover in India through multilingual, big-format cinema release strategies.
Hrithik Roshan has teamed up with the makers of Ryan Gosling’s Project Hail Mary for a new promo video, where the alien Rocky shares screen space with Hrithik and Jaadu from Koi... Mil Gaya, sparking a nostalgic sci-fi crossover for Indian viewers.

In the clip, Rocky tries to copy Hrithik Roshan’s famous Ek Pal Ka Jeena hookstep, while Jaadu watches the growing bond between Hrithik and the new alien visitor. The light-hearted moment sets up a friendly rivalry between Hrithik’s long-time extraterrestrial companion and Rocky.
Project Hail Mary and Hrithik Roshan bring sci-fi nostalgia together
The Bollywood x Hollywood crossover uses the strong recall of Hrithik and Jaadu’s friendship from Koi... Mil Gaya to build curiosity for Project Hail Mary in India. The idea blends two human-alien partnership stories while spotlighting Hrithik’s connection with Indian cinema audiences.
Project Hail Mary is adapted from Andy Weir’s bestselling novel; Weir also wrote The Martian. In December 2025, Hrithik Roshan had openly praised the book on social media, which makes this association feel organic, tying together star appeal and a story Hrithik already admired.

Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, Project Hail Mary follows Ryan Gosling as Ryland Grace, an astronaut who wakes up alone on a strange spacecraft, unable to remember the mission or personal history, and must piece together the truth while in deep space.
The film’s ensemble includes Sandra Hüller, Lionel Boyce, Ken Leung and Milana Vayntrub. Shony Panjikaran, General Manager and Head, Sony Pictures Releasing International, India says, "Project Hail Mary is the kind of ambitious, big-screen storytelling that audiences in India truly embrace. We're thrilled to have Hrithik Roshan champion the film in India. His passion for the story and his powerful connection with audiences make him the perfect ambassador to help bring this extraordinary adventure to moviegoers across the country."

Presented by Amazon MGM Studios and distributed in India by Sony Pictures Releasing International, Project Hail Mary is scheduled to arrive in cinemas across the country on 26 March 2026, with versions in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, including IMAX and other premium formats.
The crossover campaign places Hrithik Roshan, Jaadu and Rocky at the centre of the film’s India push, uniting nostalgia from Koi... Mil Gaya with Ryan Gosling’s new space adventure, while giving local audiences a multilingual, large-format release to experience the story.
