An OnlyFans spokesperson said in a statement that Leonid Radvinsky died following an illness, and confirmed the news to Forbes on Monday morning. Earlier reports suggested the entrepreneur had been receiving treatment for cancer while continuing to oversee the platform’s operations.
"We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer," an OnlyFans spokesperson said in a statement quoted as saying by Reuters.
Radvinsky was the head of OnlyFans, a fan subscription service where users pay creators for exclusive photos, videos, and messages, giving performers direct income from supporters.
He acquired OnlyFans in 2018 and reshaped what had been a niche site into a global business. The site witnessed a massive rise in income and popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic as many creators and audiences moved online while looking for new ways to earn and spend money.

Leonid Radvinsky is survived by his wife and four children. The billionair married childhood sweetheart Katie Chudnovsky in 2008, with the pair holding a lavish wedding ceremony in Chicago, according to a report in Hindustan Times and BollywoodShaadis.
The couple later settled in Florida, where, according to One India, they raised four children away from public attention.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Leonid and Katie grew up together, and they both attended Northwestern University.
Katie, who trained as a lawyer, is working as general counsel for an international tech firm. Katie and Leonid remained secretive about their personal lives and never shared photos of their children on social media.
Katie is a board member of Colorectal Cancer Alliance and also sits on the Board of Directors for Elicio Therapeutics, Immix Biopharma and XCures.
