According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Sandoval has accused Robinson of being verbally and physically abusive throughout their nearly two-year relationship. The 42-year-old reality star filed for a domestic violence restraining order on June 25, claiming the alleged abuse escalated after a night of drinking on June 3.

As reported by TMZ, Sandoval alleged Robinson punched him in the face with such force that he suffered neck and ear injuries, blurred vision, and lingering pain. In the same filing, he also claimed Robinson's father, J. Will Robinson, allegedly "lunged" at him while intoxicated and punched a hole through his bedroom door during the confrontation.

Video footage obtained by TMZ appears to show the heated June 3 altercation. In the clip, Sandoval and Robinson are seen shouting at each other before Sandoval seemingly moves toward Robinson, apparently attempting to take a recording device from her.

Moments later, Will appears to grab Sandoval around the waist in an effort to separate the pair. Sandoval then seems to shove Will backward, sending him into a lit fire pit before he collides with Robinson. Will quickly gets up and appears to chase Sandoval into the house, while Robinson remains outside holding her head after being knocked down.

However, Will strongly disputes Sandoval's version of events. Speaking to TMZ, he said, "The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner." He further alleged that Sandoval pushed him into the fire pit, leaving him with injuries that required medical treatment.
