The Dark Knight Rises - Movie Review

The much hyped film The Dark Knight Rises, directed by Christopher Nolan does not let you down one bit. The movie remains true to its Batman franchise. Whether it is the characters, screenplay, sub-plot, performances, music or cinematography - The Dark Knight Rises does not let you down anywhere, from beginning till end. In fact, every scene has something new to offer, which is why you will not feel like leaving the seat until the finish.

There is enough fights for all those who enjoy adrenaline packed action. Like a superhit Bollywood film, The Dark Knight Rises (Batman 3) has emotion, action and entertainment to the hilt. The loneliness that Bruce is going through and his intense desire to save Gotham, Alfred's (Michael Caine) fear that he might lose his little master Bruce to death, Selina's confusion regarding her feelings for billionaire Bruce and injured Batman is truly worth watching.

By bringing in the right amount of emotions and adventure, director Christopher Nolan has struck the bulls eye! The most heart rendering scene is the shot between Bruce Wayne and Alfred. Probably nobody can leave the theatre without breaking into tears.

Performances
The Dark Knight Rises boasts of some brilliant performances by Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy. The problem with Hardy's dialogues is that with the mask, his language becomes difficult to understand.

Cast: Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman
