During this time, the much-anticipated Leo trailer, starring Vijay, was revealed on October 5. As anticipated, the trailer sparked tremendous excitement among fans, both online and in theatres.

Leo Karnataka Day 1 Gross: Surpasses Darbar And Varisu

In a remarkable turn of events at the Karnataka box office, Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo' has already made a significant impact before its official release. The film has managed to secure the sixth position on the list of the top 10 Day 1 grossing Tamil movies in Karnataka, with an impressive Day 1 gross of ₹5.84 crores, solely from pre-sales.

This accomplishment is no small feat, as 'Leo' has effortlessly outshone 'Darbar' and 'Varisu,' demonstrating its strong presence and fanbase even before hitting theaters. The excitement surrounding 'Leo' is palpable, and it's clear that Thalapathy Vijay's movie is all set to make a lasting impression at the Karnataka box office.

'Leo' Soundtrack

The third single from 'Leo,' 'Anbenum,' was released on October 11th, following the previously released singles 'Naa Ready' and 'Badass.'

With music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the audio launch of the movie, initially scheduled for September 30, 2023, at Nehru Stadium, was cancelled on September 27, 2023, due to overwhelming demand for passes and safety concerns.

Previously, the song "Bloody Sweet," featured in a two-minute promo video, was launched on February 3, 2023, alongside the promo itself. It featured English lyrics by Heisenberg and performances by Anirudh and Siddharth Basrur. The first single, "Naa Ready," was released on June 22, 2023, as a birthday gift to Vijay. On September 9, 2023, it underwent modifications in visuals and lyrics, following censorship by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

The release of the second single, "Badass," was rescheduled from September 19, 2023, to September 28, 2023, following the cancellation of the audio launch event."
