Salaar Karnataka Box Office Collection: The team behind the highly-anticipated action thriller "Salaar: Part 1: CeaseFire," written and directed by Prashanth Neel and starring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, and Shruti Haasan in pivotal roles, unveiled the movie's trailer on December 1st.
The trailer and the release trailer for the movie have sparked immense anticipation among fans, and now the eagerly awaited film has been released.
The movie was announced in December 2020, followed by the commencement of principal photography in January 2021 around Godavarikhani, Telangana. Ravi Basrur composed the music for the movie, and Bhuvan Gowda handled the cinematography.

The movie's ensemble cast is packed with talent, featuring Prabhas taking on the role of Salaar and Prithviraj Sukumaran portraying Vardharaja Mannaar, Rajamannaar's son. Alongside them, Shruti Hassan embodies the character of Aadhya, while Jagapathi Babu brings Rajamannaar to life on screen.
The lineup further includes Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, and Mime Gopi. Adding to this stellar cast, Simrat Kaur makes a special appearance as herself in an item song, contributing to the movie's allure.
Salaar hit theatres on December 22, promising a cinematic experience like none other. Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire hit screens in both standard and IMAX formats, debuting in Telugu alongside dubbed versions in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

The movie garnered an impressive ₹11.65 Cr on its first day and followed up with ₹6.65 Cr on the second, summing up a remarkable ₹18.3 Cr in just two days across Karnataka.
Notably, it's the fastest Kannada-dubbed film to surpass the 2 crore mark and has already secured its place as the 5th highest Kannada-dubbed grosser of all time within this short span. With a staggering ₹1.07 Cr on day one and a record-breaking ₹1.15 Cr on day two, Salaar's Kannada version has achieved a cumulative total of ₹2.22 Cr in two days, further solidifying its monumental success in the regional market.
