Vijaya Raghavendra fell in love with Spandana, the daughter of retired police officer Shivaram, on August 26, 2007. The tragedy occurred just 19 days before their 16th wedding anniversary.
This incident took place in Thailand yesterday evening while returning to the room after shopping. Spandana, who suffered a heart attack, was immediately admitted to a local hospital. It is learned that the doctors declared her dead while she was being taken to the hospital.
Vijay Raghavendra's family has informed that the mortal remains of Spandana Vijay Raghavendra will be brought to Bangalore tomorrow. Spandana had left for Bangkok three days ago. She died in a hospital yesterday due to a heart attack in Bangkok. It is said that she had low blood pressure and a heart attack. Vijay Raghavendra's family left for Bangkok as soon as the matter came to light.
Vijay Raghavendra was supposed to engage in promotional activities for his forthcoming film, "Kadda," scheduled for release on August 25. Unfortunately, his plans have been postponed due to the sudden passing of his wife, Spandana, in Bangkok on Sunday.

Tragically, Vijay's cousin, Puneeth Rajkumar, a renowned Kannada actor, also passed away in October 2021 due to a heart attack. The family is now experiencing another profound loss, and their circle of friends and well-wishers is offering sincere condolences during this difficult time.
