In the year 2898 AD, the world undergoes a profound transformation, focusing on Kasi, a once-thriving city now reduced to a desertified sanctuary for humanity. Dominated by the authoritarian Supreme Yaskin, a god-king who wields power from the towering inverted pyramid known as the "Complex," Kasi embodies a society entrenched in control and dystopia. This narrative skillfully intertwines ancient Indian Hindu mythology with a futuristic, dystopian backdrop spanning millennia, tracing its roots from the Mahabharata era in 3102 BC, marking the onset of Kali Yuga, to the distant future of 2898 AD. At its core, the story explores the enigmatic ascent of Kalki, the tenth and final incarnation of the Hindu deity Vishnu.

The film features an impressive and diverse ensemble, led by Prabhas in the role of Bhairava, an experienced bounty hunter. Amitabh Bachchan portrays Ashwatthama, with Kamal Haasan commanding as the powerful god-king Supreme Yaskin. Deepika Padukone shines as SUM-80, while Disha Patani brings Roxie to life.
