During the interview, Shanvi shared that she had been focusing on breath exercises for the past four months, a routine she adopted following a major health setback in December. Just after celebrating her birthday on December 8th, Shanvi experienced severe abdominal pain, which left her immobilized. The pain was so intense that she sought medical attention immediately.
"I had never felt such pain in my life," Shanvi recounted. "The doctor recommended a sonography test, and the results were alarming. I was advised to undergo an MRI and a cancer test. The diagnosis revealed multiple cysts in my ovaries. I was shocked and scared, especially when the doctor mentioned the possibility of removing my ovaries."
The sudden health crisis was a turning point for Shanvi. She described the emotional turmoil she went through as she awaited the test results. "The fear of losing my ovaries was overwhelming. It was hard to believe that just a day after my birthday, I was facing such a serious health issue," she said.
Fortunately, the test results did not indicate the need for immediate surgery. However, Shanvi was prescribed a heavy dose of antibiotics, which she had to take for several months. The medications came with their own side effects, adding to her physical and emotional burden. This experience made Shanvi realise the importance of health and well-being.
"Going through this ordeal made me understand that health is paramount," Shanvi emphasized. "It was a wake-up call. I started prioritising my health and well-being over everything else. I adopted a morning routine that includes meditation, breathwork, and other wellness practices. This has transformed my life."

Her upcoming projects, "Thrishulam" and "Raanti," signify her efforts to reestablish herself in the film industry.
