    • It is believed that if a man dies with unfulfilled wishes or meets an unnatural death, his soul remains on earth for two reasons: i.e too much of love or too much of revenge. His soul will not leave the earth till his desires are completed. Now director Shankar B has done his latest movie Antharathma on the existence of the spirit.

Antharathma is a Kannada version of Oscar winner Hollywood movie The Ghost and Mithun Tejaswi, Vishaka Singh and Umashree have played the roles, which were reprised by Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg in the original. Even though it is a remake, with his lively narration, the director is successful in making it interesting from beginning to end.

Shankar B has chosen a good storyline for the movie Antharathma. The story is all about a soul protecting his wife from a man, who is planning to rob his amount Rs. 14 crores deposited in his bank account. Although the movie has a serious subject of supernatural, the director has also included a few comedy sequences.
