Dhan Dhana Dhan movie is a remake of Hindi movie Hum Kisise Kum Nahin.

It is about a fond brother and sister living happily. The sister that is Charmi (Sharmila Mandre) is in love with Prem(Premkumar). A don in the locality Silent Siddhu (Adhi Lokesh) is also in love with Charmi. Dr Kamath (Ravishanker) is in a fix as the Silent Siddhu (Adhi Lokesh). The don comes to him for treatment. Dr Kamath gives treatment via tips to win the heart of his lover
