Finally at end of the year, here comes a Kannada movie for the people those who are fed up with the same love stories, rowdyism movies and remakes. Journalist-turned-screenplay writer Agni Shridhar, who has earlier written stories for two films based on real life rowdy elements, has now taken a diversion from the general trend and penned a brand new story for the film Kallara Santhe (Kallara Sante).

The movie Kallara Santhe is a love story with the backdrop story of Vidhana Soudha. It is a sharp satire on corruption in public life. The highlighters of the movie are Yash's performance, Agni Shridhar's story and dialogues, V Manohar's music. The movie has comic scenes too.

Director Sumana Kittur has given a comical twist to the political satire. The movie highlights the truth about the existing politics and police. She has used the hero as a sharp tool (narrator) to criticise lots of things that are happening in present world. She has blended the serious subject with humour that makes the movie an entertaining watch.
